Toyota Landcruiser CT26 Rebuild and high flows

1HDT, 1HD-FT, 1HD-FTE, 12H-T, ect
Several levels of upgrades available to suit many budget types.
From 30 years experience and many versions of testing, experiments and results, the following upgrades are avalable plus more.
Some can be done as exchange. Go to EXCHANGE PAGE to find details of the process.
The options below can be built as new or exchange to speed up downtime or build the customers own turbo.
The exchange is only genuine for genuine.
No china or non genuine turbo will be excepted for exchange.

1HDT CT26 STOCK BILLET UPGRADE ...........$850
                         NEW GMT................... $1050

This option is highly efficient and designed purely for better than stock ct26 response and reliablity. It will flow more than stock but not designed for high power. "big power/boost" turbo so boost is recommended for 12-20psi.Yet it will outflow the stock ct26 turbo.

1HDT CT26 BASIC HIGH FLOW..........$750

The basic high flow is for low budget and allows high boost without the common destroying compressor wheel as with the stock ct26. It is fitted with a 48mm compressor. This is a cast compressor so boost should be limited to 25psi.

1HDT CT26 FULL BILLET HIGH FLOW ...........$1020

This optioin is an efficient design allowing for huge boost pressures and flow. The compressor wheel is a BILLET design which is very efficient and the strength to handle huge boost pressures and abuse. Fitted with 360° thrust kit, high pressure adjustable actuator, ported Wastgate and ported turbine housing for rapid gas flow to keep great boost reponse. The design of this turbo makes it capable of 18-35+psi if the motor is up to it.

Rebuilt as above. The basic high flow is for low budget and allows high boost without the common destroying compressor wheel or break the thin shaft as with the stock ct12b. It is fitted with a billet compressor for great efficiency and response with increased torque and reliabily.

1HD-FTE CT12B BILLET HIGH FLOW-CT26 CORE....$1650
or NEW GMT.....................1850

Demanding large boost above 20 psi strains the weak stock compressor shaft causing it to snap under load. Especially when the turbo receives punishing load and long duation high boost and flow.
This option eliminates that with fitting a CT26 chra and also using a specially Selected Billet Compressor wheel allows for huge boost loads and the in house engineered design increases flow for as good or better than stock responce. Included is billet compressor wheel, 360° thrust kit ported wastgate and 15,18 or 22psi adjustable actuator and ported Turbine housing for increased flow and gas speed.
