Toyota Landcruiser CT26 Rebuild and high flows

1HDT, 1HD-FT, 1HD-FTE, 12H-T, ect
Several levels of upgrades available to suit many budget types.
From 30 years experience and many versions of testing, experiments and results, the following upgrades are avalable plus more.
Some can be done as exchange. Go to EXCHANGE PAGE to find details of the process.
The options below can be built as new or exchange to speed up downtime or build the customers own turbo.
The exchange is only genuine for genuine.
No china or non genuine turbo will be excepted for exchange.
ALL TURBO'S ARE REBUILT AND FULLY BALANCED FITTED WITH BRAND NEW SEALS AND BEARINGS AND CHECKED TO PERFORM RELIABLY.

 

 

1HDT CT26 REBUILD ..........$650

 This brings it to a better than new quality and appearance.
CUSTOMERS OWN TURBO, EXCHANGE OR NEW($750)

CT26 STOCK BILLET UPGRADE ...........$800

This option is highly efficient and designed purely for better than stock ct26 response and reliablity. It will flow more than stock but not designed for high power. NOT a "big power/boost " turbo so boost is recommended for 12-18psi.Yet it will outflow the stock ct26 turbo.
CUSTOMERS OWN TURBO, EXCHANGE OR NEW($950)

1HDT CT26 BASIC HIGH FLOW..........$750

The basic high flow is for low budget and allows high boost without the common destroying compressor wheel as with the stock ct26. It is fitted with a 48mm compressor. This is a cast compressor so boost should be limited to 25psi.

1HDT CT26 BILLET HIGH FLOW..........$950


This optioin is an efficient design allowing for huge boost pressures and flow. The compressor wheel is a GTX style 50.3mm which is very efficient and the strength to handle huge boost pressures and abuse. Fitted with 360° thrust kit , high pressure adjustable actuator, ported Wastgate that is unshrouded and ported turbine housing for speedier flow. The design of this turbo makes it capable of 18-40+psi if the motor is up to it.

ALL ABOVE TURBO'S ARE AVAILABLE AS NEW.

This is the same specification and quality as the listed high flow above except new. No exchange needed.

1HD-FTE CT12b REBUILD..........$750

Fully rebuilt and balanced including core balancing with new seals and bearings.  This brings it to a better than new quality and appearance.

1HD-FTE BASIC HIGH FLOW..........$950

Rebuilt as above. The basic high flow is for low budget and allows high boost without the common destroying compressor wheel or break the this shaft as with the stock ct12b. It is fitted with a 48mm billet compressor but still with the stock ct12b shaft is limited to boost load.

1HD-FTE CT12B BILLET HIGH FLOW-CT26 CORE....$1550

Demanding large boost above 20 psi strains the weak stock compressor shaft causing it to snap under load. This option eliminates that with fitting a CT26 CHRA and also using a 52mm Billet gtx style Compressor wheel allows for huge boost loads and flow for as good or better than stock responce. Included is billet compressor wheel, 360° thrust kit ported and unshrouded wastgate and 15,18 or 22psi adjustable actuator and ported Turbine housing for increased flow and gas speed.
