Warranty covers Turbocharger workmanship only and is for 12 months from purchase claimed only from original purchaser. Does not cover external causes of damage or any other warranty claims such as oil/air quality flow, foriegn material entering any port, shock, flooding or tampering in any way, ect. Exeeding design parameters and workshop settings of the product will void warranty.

The CT12 Turbo's have the ceramic turbine wheel which is very brittle and doesn't handle high stresses. The CT12 turbo is also restrictive and responds well to high flowing.
Like all toyota designed turbo's they are very well made and have good reliability as a stock unit. The week ceramic turbine is the only part which can give problems but it has been designed with response and only factory power levels in mind. Options below can be built as an exchange or the owners turbo's.

The highest restriction of the 1jzgte twin CT 12a turbo system (besides the intakes) is the tiny exhaust Housngs and exhaust Manifolds. The manifold ports are tiny and smaller than the average male finger size. Using special tools and experience, with many hours of labour, they are extensively ported, and along with the specially made highflow Turbine wheels and Large Billet Compressor wheels, they have poven results over 550rwhp with a oem stock look.

Above the previous level upgrade the CT12a center cores are replace with very heavy duty CT20 cores, compressor wheels and turbine wheels. These are built as a heavy duty high flow upgrade capable of exeeding the previous CT12a high flow HP. The CT20 cores are bullet proof if all the system is setup correctly and can out flow any CT12a product on the market. Still with the extensive porting as the previous high flow yet a lot tougher, flowing more and at the limit these can flow. Stock CT12a shaft is 8mm x 5.7mm. CT20 Shaft is 10mm x 6.5mm, meaning they are very durable. Reports of well over 550hp with supporting mods being very conservative.
