1JZGTE VVTI CT15B TURBO HIGH FLOW

The 1JZ VVTI have a single Toyota Turbo utilising a smaller ceramic Turbine wheel and thin shaft. This has been adopted by toyota for quicker spool. Once extra load is applied, such as more boost and flow, the limitations of the internals of the turbo become strained.

A high flow of one of the below options can improve reliability, spool and air flow.
If N0 blow off valve is used on these Turbo's warranty is void.
A BOV MUST BE WORKING AND USED.

Rebuild standard 1JZ CT15b.....................................$1150

Includes:-
Fully overhauled including kit (new o-rings,
  seals ,bearings)
STEEL (inconel)turbine wheel
Fully cleaned and dressed to appear "as new"
Fully balanced including core balancing and speed
   testing.


 BASIC High Flow..............$1550

This is one step up from stock and a good for early boost but not considered a "heavy duty" high flow.

includes:-
Fully overhauled(as above)
50mm BILLETcompressor wheel .
Steel turbine wheel(inconel) stock sized to help with quick spool.
Machined and lapped wastegete seat
Adjustable Actuator Rod- 13psi
Good for stock boost and up to 22psi max. Approx 230rwkw-260rwkw

 

 




High Flow CT15B with CT26 core level 1....................$2150

These are built to only owners spec. This is a more heavy duty high flow and can handle reasonable abuse, but not as early boost responce as the lower grade high flow, but also not considered "laggy".
The CT26A Core is built to a high performance spec, and at higher levels, the Turbine housing is ported to acheive a higher AR ration for more flow. These levels are a option so to keep all oem parts instead of a completely replaced turbo of a different brand where issues of fitment and oil/water lines would need to be sorted out for no real gain. Wastegat is extensively oversized and unshrouded.

These options are a custom build coordinated with the customers preferences. It is intended for higher HP goals.
For the best performance, an aftermarket exhaust manifold is recommended

        Higher levels of up to 600rwhp can be ordered as a custom build at owners risk. These are levels 3 or higher(requires custom intake and outlet due to a different Compressor housing)
         Tripple ball bearing ct26 chra is also an option

Warranty covers Turbocharger workmanship only and is for 12 months from purchase claimed only from original purchaser. Does not cover external causes of damage or any other warranty claims such as oil/air quality flow, foriegn material entering any port, shock, flooding or tampering in any way, ect. Exeeding design parameters and workshop settings of the product will void warranty.
Munro Racing Turbo does not hold responsibilty if the owner or vehicle builder does not choose the correct spec turbo.
