     Warranty covers Turbocharger workmanship only and is for 12 months from purchase claimed only from original purchaser. Does not cover external causes of damage or any other warranty claims such as oil/air quality flow, foriegn material entering any port, shock, flooding or tampering in any way, ect. Exeeding design parameters and workshop settings of the product will void warranty.
















1KD HILUX CT16V


The CT16v Turbo from the 1kd Toyota engine is a VNT Turbocharger that is very under sized in the Compressor end and is limited to a max of 20psi.

 

 


  STOCK REBUILD................$950

All new seals and bearings and checked throught for any faults or inperfections that will hurt reliability an/or performance. Price is plus any major componenets.
Can be ordered an an exchnage genuine Toyota for Genuine Toyota

 

 

 

LEVEL 1 BASIC High Flow..............$1400

For increased flow and better compressor design that will improve early boost response and better efficiency. This eases stress on the compressor and allow for cooler exhaust temps and better reliability over stock. Does not require high end involved tuning Rated to 25psi

includes:-
Fully overhauled(as above)
High Flow BILLETcompressor wheel larger than stock and of 2000 series billet alloy




LEVEL 2 BASIC High Flow..............$1400

For even more increased flow and better compressor design that will improve flow far eceeding stock on the compressor and allow for cooler exhaust temps and better reliability over stock. This is as far as the stock compressor housing can go. This is suited for a little more serious tune and supporting upgrades for 30psi

Large High Flow BILLET compressor wheel. Highly Modified Compressor housing to support a largerCompressor wheel




LEVEL 3 EXTREME HIGH FLOW

Going beyond the limits of the factory componenets and compressor housing this requires extensive modifications to allow for extreme high flow yet still bolt to the original parts such as compresor outlet and oil/waterlines. A surge ported hos entry compressor housing is required to support the level of flow this is capable of. Along with the much larger compressor wheel and turbine wheel with high flowing vanes the thrust is a heavy duty 360 degree race version to support high thrust loads frtom extreme boost levels.
